Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not ready until late in the evening, lacked proper ventilation, and were quite small, but the issue of loud ventilator noise in the bathroom was fixable. The service was a bit hit and miss, with one very courteous staff member but an overall sense of the team being overwhelmed and ill-prepared. On the upside, the location was exceptional, close to campus, lakes, and vibrant streets with shops and restaurants. The dining options were average at best, with limited choices and unexpected charges.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was unbeatable, right next to State Street with amazing restaurants and coffee shops, and steps away from the university union. However, the room was tiny and lacked proper temperature control, which made it quite uncomfortable. The price seemed too high for the size of the room.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, although a bit small. There was a loud ventilator noise in the bathroom, but it was fixable once I pulled the bed out. The service was a bit of a mixed bag; they would get my car for me when needed, but they seemed unapologetic and ill-prepared at times. The location was really convenient, especially if you need to visit the university campus or be near the marina. The dining experience was not perfect, as we were incorrectly charged, but the grilled meat was delicious. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
